Terms of Use

What Solnid does

Solnid, operated by B&B Pendleton and Co., LLC, provides informational guidance and may facilitate introductions to independent home-cleaning providers. Solnid does not itself perform cleaning services.

Cleaning providers are independent

Any cleaning services are offered and performed by independent third parties. They are responsible for their own estimates, availability, scheduling, pricing, insurance, service terms, and work. You should verify a provider's qualifications and terms before hiring.

Information and recommendations

The cleaning-category questionnaire offers general guidance only. It is not a binding quote, guarantee of service, or professional assessment of a property.

Requests and communications

Submitting a request does not guarantee a match, response, price, or appointment. Where you affirmatively consent, we may share request details with independent providers for the purpose described in our Privacy Notice.
